As a trained movement instructor, I lead Sensational U, a mindful, fun, and dynamic practice inspired by Nia. This practice blends the expressive joy of dance, the empowering energy of martial arts, and the restorative benefits of self-care and healing techniques—all set to uplifting global music with a positive message.
With over 10 years of teaching experience, I help people harmonize their body, mind, and soul.
Recovery & Support Circles
I am a Certified Facilitator for Women for Sobriety (WFS) and host multiple online recovery meetings each week. I also have extensive experience leading women’s empowerment and conscious creativity circles.
Classes and Book Study Groups:
I offer quarterly metaphysical classes and/or Book Study Groups exploring personal empowerment and metaphysical principles.
